Not formatted for Kindle,
I was looking for a kindle French book to take on a trip and downloaded this one. The preview only gave the contents pages… none of the actual pages. The contents, however, looked good, so I went ahead and bought the book.
It isn’t good. Since I know some French, I could see right away that the formatting was off. In many cases the English translation of a French phrase is mismatched, so you really aren’t going to be able to use this book if you are a rank beginner at French. Many French phrase books have the English and French phrases in a table format. In this case, the table didn’t translate to the Kindle format, so everything is mixed up. Definitely save your buck and look elsewhere.
